- From the Kobe International Conference Center, take the Port Liner bound for Kobe Airport and get off at “P08: Keisan Kagaku Center (Kobe Animal Kingdom, Fugaku Mae)” Station, which is two stops away. R-CCS is a short walk from the station. The total travel time is approximately 20–30 minutes.

Excursion 1: Supercomputer Fugaku Tour (Japanese-Language Tour)

Fugaku is one of the world's fastest and most advanced supercomputers, jointly developed by RIKEN and Fujitsu. It is used for a wide range of scientific research, including AI, drug discovery, disaster prevention, and climate simulations. This tour provides an opportunity to learn about Fugaku and visit one of the world's leading supercomputing facilities.

Tour Program
- Introduction to Supercomputer Fugaku, including a video showcasing its research achievements (approximately 30 minutes)
- Guided tour of Fugaku and Q&A session (approximately 30 minutes)
Notes
- The tour will be conducted by the staff of the Center for Computational Science and will provide a general introduction to the facility.
- Visitors will view Fugaku through observation windows.
- Visitors are also welcome to explore the exhibition area on the first floor, which includes displays on quantum computers and other research topics.

Enjoy a relaxing cruise around Kobe Harbor with spectacular views of the city skyline, Port Tower, and the Rokko Mountains.
